Details: Pemko 278x224 Latching Panic Saddle Threshold

Latching Panic thresholds are designed to work in conjunction with surface applied vertical rod exit devices. They are also used to provide a door stop and seal at the bottom of the door.

Latching Panic thresholds are supplied predrilled, with #10-24 Phillips, flat head machine screws of appropriate length.

Exit with Thermal Barrier

Integrated stop provides excellent sealing at the bottom of the door.
This threshold is supplied with a ThermoSeal ("T") insert - item number T5 (available in black).
