Details: Rixson 30 Center Hung Double Acting Floor Closer

The 30 is a double-acting, center-hung floor closer designed for standard door frame installation for interior or exterior doors weighing up to 200lbs.

  • Double acting, non-handed
  • Interior or exterior doors
  • 340 top pivot included
  • Available non-hold open (N) or automatic hold open (A) at 90° (requires 93° swing) or 100 (requires 103° swing)
  • Maximum door opening 103°
  • Centering arm with adjusting screws in face of door (critical for double acting doors)
  • Adjustable closing speed valves for each direction of door swing
  • Mechanism returns door to center
  • Auxiliary door stop required, overhead or floor type
  • Not allowed for fire rated doors
  • Available with floor plate or threshold installation
  • Furnished with wood and machine screws
  • Extended spindles available in 1/2" increments up to 2" longer than standard
  • Sizes up to 4' 0" × 8' 6"
  • Door weight up to 200lbs.
