The HM27 is a 3/4" offset-hung floor closer designed for 1-3/4" hollow metal door and frame installation for interior or exterior doors weighing up to 250lbs.

  • 1-3/4" hollow metal doors/frames
  • Designed for stock hollow metal doors and frames with standard weight 4-1/2" hinge preparation
  • Available non-hold open (N) or selective hold open (S) at same degree as dead stop
  • Built-in positive dead stop prevents doors from swinging beyond the desired opening degree; specify 85°, 90°, 95°
  • Separate independent valves for closing speed, latch speed, and backcheck
  • Maximum door swing 95
  • Available with floor plate or threshold installation
  • Cycolac, rust-proof cement case
  • Includes three special steel 4-1/2" ball bearing standard weight hinges with 3/4" offsetl doors over 90" in height warrant an additional hinge
  • Surface mounted bottom arm with thru-bolts
  • Furnished with 1/2 wood and full machine screws
  • Door width up to 4' 0" (1219mm)
