Details: Rixson L27-180 180-Deg. Opening Heavy Duty Offset Hung Floor Closer, 1-3/4" Door

The L27-180 is a 3/4" offset-hung floor closer, with a L180 top pivot, designed for heavy door weights and high traffic use for lead-lined interior or exterior doors weighing up to 1500lbs.

  • Exterior or interior doors
  • L180 top pivot included
  • ML19 intermediate pivots required (order separately)
  • Available non-hold open (N) or selective hold open (S) at same degree as dead stop
  • Built-in positive dead stop prevents door from swinging beyond 180° only
  • Separate independent valves for closing speed, latch speed, and backcheck
  • Vertical door adjustment
  • Available with floor plate or threshold installation
  • Cast iron cement case
  • Doors 60" (1524mm) to 90" (2286mm) in height should use one intermediate pivot - each additional 30" (762mm) warrants another intermediate pivot
  • Heavy-duty bottom arm and top pivot with screw holes spaced to straddle lead lining, or for extra heavy or very high traffic doors
  • Available for the following lead-lined door thicknesses: 1-3/4" (44mm), 2" (51mm)
  • Door width up to 4' 0" (1219mm)
  • Door weight up to 1500lbs.
