14 gauge stainless steel toilet partition hinge, 54" and 57" lengths. Removable roll pin for spring-loaded adjustment. Adjustable, tamper-resistant Torx Head end caps to adjust spring tension.

Material: 14 gauge stainless steel with 1/4" diameter 303 stainless steel self-closing pin assembly. Long-life split nylon bearings
Lengths: 54" and 57" lengths standard for nominal door heights. Special lengths available: 24" minimum, 72" maximum
Finish: US32D Satin Stainless Steel (630)

Load/Frequency

For high-frequency partition doors 36" wide weighing up to 80 pounds without frame or door reinforcement. Consult factory for doors wider than 36".

Security Studs

Stainless steel studs are mounted to frame leaf, door leaf is drilled to accommodate studs. 3 studs are required for hinge lengths up to 85", 4 studs are required for hinges longer than 85". Handing required. Door and frame must be specially prepared to accommodate security studs.
