Details: TownSteel MCS Grade 1 Heavy Duty Mortise Lock - Clutching Sectional Trim

The MS series Mortise Lock with Indicator is BHMA A156.13-2012 certified Grade 1, and UL 10C 3-hour rated. Available in three indicators - "SECURE/UNSECURE", "OCCUPIED/VACANT" or " LOCKED/UNLOCKED". Both clutched and non-clutched mortise chassis are available. Many lever designs to select from.
