Placard Braille Area signs utilize Photoluminescent technology. Energy from normal ambient light and are designed to glow in total darkness; it then releases this energy in the form of light. These ARA Signs include (when applicable) 1/32" raised text and the area signs include CA Grade 2 domed Braille are in compliance to ADA Accessibility Code, NFPA Life Safety Code 101 and all national building codes, ICBO, IBC, BOCA, SBCCI, NFPA 5000. These Placard and Directional signs are a simple means of directing those needing assistance to the area. Signs are provided with double-sided tape for mounting.
