The H28 is a single-acting, center-hung floor closer for extra-heavy, high-traffic interior or exterior doors weighing up to 1000lbs.

  • Separate and independent valves for closing speed, latch speed, and backcheck
  • Door weight up to 1000lbs.
  • Not allowed for fire rated doors
  • Frame stop required on the header at lock side; if not supplied by frame manufacturer, Norton Rixson 60131 recommended
  • Available with floor plate or threshold installation
  • Furnished with wood and machine screws
  • Door sizes up to 4'0" × 8'6" (1219 × 2591mm)
