Details: Pemko 1842DS-72 Threshold Stop Strip, 3/4" W x 1/4" H

The 1842 Series Threshold Stop Strip is 3/4" w and 1/4" high and is used with a standard flat top saddle threshold to provide a door stop and seal at the bottom of the door. It allows for a 1/8" door clearance from the top of the threshold. It's available with three insert options including Silicone (S), PemkoPrene (PK), and Eco-V (V).

Features

Used with standard flat top saddle threshold to provide door stop and seal at bottom of door
Predrilled with no.10-24 Phillips flat head machine screws of appropriate length
Stops will affect the pivot hole location of an assembly
Includes Silicone, PemkoPrene or Eco-V insert
Allow 1/8" door clearance from top of threshold
Barrier-free with 1/4" saddle only
Used to create custom bumper threshold configurations
Silicone Insert Features:-
Made up of high performance synthetic materials, part mineral and part organic
Extrusions may either be solid or foamed with an integral protective skin during manufacturing process
Generally nonreactive, stable, and resistant to extreme environments and temperatures
Excellent resistance to sunlight, weather, ozone, oxidization, water, and flame
Used for high performance situations, especially those involving frequent cleaning with disinfectants
Self-extinguishing and non-toxic
Impervious to fungus and mildew; will not deteriorate under normal exposure
PemkoPrene Insert Features:-
Rubber-like materials that can be processed like conventional thermoplastics
Possesses the same flexibility and durability common to natural rubber compounds
Offers excellent design freedom in the field of architectural door seals
Outstanding resistance to cleaning fluids and disinfectants
Everyday resilience and low impedance to opening or closing requirements on door assemblies
Used for general purpose gaskets, weatherstripping for windows and doors, and commercial glazing seals
