  • The heavy duty QML100 series mortise locks are designed for institutional and commercial uses such as educational, health care and industrial facilities where a long-lasting, highly durable product is required.

Performance Features

  • Tested to exceed 2,000,000 cycles, surpassing the 1,000,000 required to meet Grade 1 certifcation.
  • Patented clutching mechanism standard.
  • Thru-Bolt design and heavy-duty spring tension provides longer performance life and prevents lever sag.
  • ADA compliant thumbturn.
  • Mortise case is easily field reversible.
  • Pre-assembled trims with spring loaded spindles automatically adjust to door thickness and reduces installation time.
  • Partial security seperator prevents spindle manipulation.
  • Anti-friction throwbolt.
