The First Alert SCO2 Battery-Operated Combination Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarm is easy to install and operate. Equipped with an ionization smoke sensor and an electrochemical CO sensor, it provides 2-in-1 protection from smoke produced by flaming fires and carbon monoxide leaks from multiple sources.

Battery Powered and Easy to Operate

This combination smoke and CO alarm is easy to install and maintain. A one-touch silence/test button makes it easy to test the detector or mute it in the event of a false alarm. An end-of-life warning, alerts you when it is time to replace the alarm.

Electrochemical Sensor Monitors CO Levels

The battery-operated alarm also features an electrochemical CO sensor to detect elevated carbon monoxide levels. When CO is detected, the battery operated alarm sounds an alarm to warn you of the threat.

Ionization Sensor Detects Smoke from Flaming Fires

The First Alert SCO2 Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Detector features ionization smoke-sensing technology offering optimal smoke detection from flaming fires.
