The Alpha Communications / S.T.R. UMF1000 Flush Intercom Housings are designed to be used with the FS1000 series, FSE1000 series, FS1500 series, FSE1500 series, and FSV1000 series QwikBUS intercom stations, to allow the stations to be mounted flush into the finished wall.These plastic housings are used in conjunction with the model HWB mounting screws and brackets, typically for a sheet-rock or gypsum type wall. Depending on the mounting location, these flush housings may also be fastened directly to a wooden or metallic wall stud.
