Select SL303 Half Surface Pin & Barrel Continuous Hinge, Satin Stainless Steel
Stainless steel. Mounts on door face and frame rabbett. Tamper-resistant door leaf cover. 1/8" door inset. For 1-3/4" doors weighing up to 600 lb., 48" max. door width. SL303 pin & barrel continuous hinges are BHMA Grade 1 certified.

UL® Labeled Fire Rating
For use on single-mounted doors, up to 3 hours for hollow metal doors, 1-1/2 hours for hollow metal and composite core wood fire doors, and 20 minutes for wood doors.
Dust-Free (Medical)
- Flanged double bearings are standard on all SELECT Pin & Barrel continuous hinges except Toilet Partition hinges.
- Prevent metal-to-metal contact for longer hinge life
- Eliminate dust for "clean room" applications.
Raised Barrel
Swaged door leaf for Concealed and Half Surface hinges allows door to open 180°. Handing required.
Security Studs
Stainless steel studs are mounted to frame leaf, door leaf is drilled to accommodate studs. 3 studs are required for hinge lengths up to 85", 4 studs are required for hinges longer than 85". Handing required. Door and frame must be specially prepared to accommodate security studs.
Blank Hinge
Holes are omitted for welded installations.
LL Cover
Lead-lined cover for applications requiring radiation containment. Available only on surface-mounted hinges.
