The 980M electromagnetic door holder is a floor-mounted unit designed for single door applications.

- Concealed wiring
- Total floor space required: 6-5/8"
- Mounting requirements: conduit connects directly to floor plate
- Tri-volt (120VAC, 24VAC/DC, 12VDC)
- 25-40 lbs. holding force
- For 50-55 lbs. holding force, specify voltage: 120VAC, 24VAC, 24VDC, 12VDC
- Doors remains open unless electromagnetic holder is released by alarm or smoke detector
- Fail safe operation; power failure releases door to close
