Details: Rixson F327 Indpendently Hung Heavy Duty Floor Closer

The F327 is an independently-hung floor closer designed for 1 3/4" door frame installation for interior or exterior doors. For doors over 250lbs., consult factory.

  • Single acting, handed
  • Aesthetically appealing way to support and control the door
  • Exterior or interior doors
  • Used as a concealed floor closer for independently hung doors — butt hinges, pocket pivots, or continuous hinges
  • Closer does not support weight of door (Note: Hanging means must be specified when ordering. Check the product template. If your hanging means are not listed, contact factory for a special layout and pricing)
  • Includes closer, mortised rail and arm with slider
  • 90° maximum door swing
  • Separate independent valves for closing speed, latch speed, and backcheck
  • Auxiliary stop recommended
  • Floor plate standard (for threshold applications, a 1/2" extended spindle is required)
  • Cycolac, rust-proof cement case
  • Furnished with wood and machine screws
  • Door width up to 4' 0" (1219mm)
