The F53 is an independently-hung, shallow-depth floor closers designed for standard door frame installation for interior doors weighing up to 250lbs. Includes closer body only, Less all parts.

  • Closer does not support the weight of door (hanging means must be specified when ordering)

  • Includes closer, mortised rail, and arm with slider

  • Separate independent valves for closing speed, latch speed, and backcheck
  • Interchangeable spindle adapters
