Details: Rixson Q27 Heavy Duty 3/4" Offset Hung Floor Closer

The Q27 is a 3/4" offset-hung floor closer designed for 1 3/4" door frame installation for interior or exterior doors weighing up to 350lbs.

Exterior or interior doors
180 top pivot included
One M19 intermediate pivot included (closer cannot be ordered without the intermediate pivot)
Available non-hold open (N) or selective hold open (S) at same degree as dead stop
Built-in positive dead stop prevents doors from swinging beyond the desired opening degree; specify 85°, 90°, 95°
Separate independent valves for closing speed, latch speed, and backcheck
Vertical door adjustment
3/4" offset only
Cycolac, rust-proof cement case
Doors 60" (1524mm) to 90" (2286mm) in height should use one intermediate pivot - each additional 30" (762mm) warrants another intermediate pivot
Mortise arm with thru-bolt attachment
Furnished with wood and machine screws
Door width up to 4' 0" (1219mm)
