Details: Rixson 165 3/4" Offset Pivot Set w/o Bottom Pivots, Incl. 180 Top Pivot & 2 Each M190 Intermediate Pivots

The 165 is an offset-hung pivot set, without bottom pivots, designed for interior or exterior doors weighing up to 300lbs.

  • Exterior or interior doors
  • Weight up to 300lbs. (door size & weight guidelines are determined using the appropriate number of intermediate pivots)
  • Door width up to 3'6" (1067mm)
  • Handed
  • For doors without bottom pivots
  • Set consists of one H180 top pivot and two each M190 intermediate pivots
  • Not available for fire door assemblies
  • 3/4" (19mm) offset (measured from centerline of pivot to face of door
  • Door edges must be beveled 1/8" in 2"
  • Doors will swing 180°, trim permitting
  • Non-ferrous base material
  • Doors 60" (1524mm) to 90" (2286mm) in height have two intermediate pivots. Each additional 30" (762mm) of door height warrants another intermediate pivot
  • Furnished with wood and machine screws
