The F147 × 1-1/2OS is a Fire rated, 1-1/2" offset-hung, standard-duty pivot set designed for interior or exterior doors weighing up to 350lbs.

Features

  • Exterior or interior doors
  • Door width up to 4'0" (1219mm)
  • Handed
  • F180 × 1-1/2OS top pivot included; FM19 intermediate pivot required (sold separately)
  • Bottom pivot mounts directly to floor
  • Door edges must be beveled 1/8" in 2"
  • Doors will swing 180°, trim permitting
  • Uses same arm and cap as 27 floor closer
  • Non-ferrous base material
  • Doors 60" (1524mm) to 90" (2286mm) in height should use one intermediate pivot - each additional 30" (762mm) of door height warrants another intermediate pivot
  • Available for 1-1/2" (38mm) offset (measured from centerline of pivot to face of door), door weight 350 lbs. for doors with cladding or frame molding
  • Furnished with wood and machine screws
  • Available with extended spindles in 1/2" (13mm) increments up to 2" (51mm) longer than standard
