This Deltana DC7 Door Closer is featured in a Tri-Pack which includes a cover plate (for a safe and aesthetically pleasing way to encase the closer unit), parallel arm bracket (for smooth easy door closure and opening), and set bolts. This package can handle door weights from 80 - 140 lbs. The universal non-handed application is designed for all standard installations, based on the original mechanical door closing technology originally created by Louis C. Norton in 1926
